- Scenario 1
If I sell your property myself, you pay me 3% on the first hundred thousand and 1.5% on the balance + taxes. You save an additional 1%
- Scenario 2
If another Realtor finds the buyer you pay 4% on the first hundred thousand and 2.5% + taxes on the balance.
I pay most of this (3% on the first hundred thousand and 1.5% on the balance) to the Realtor that brings the buyer!
I discount my listing fee (listing commission), not the buyers Realtors fee (selling commission).
This ensures that the process is fair!
